People who help us

What a great start to the term.  It was lovely to see everyone back and ready to go. We had a visit from Doctor Barney; he checked everyone out and told us a story.

Our home corner is now the ‘Greenacre Opticians’ and the children are enjoying trying on different glasses and having their ‘eyes tested’. It looks really funny seeing the children walking around the classroom wearing glasses!  This week we have visits from the dentist and the police - so we are all very excited.

Our topic next week is ‘Mini Beasts’ and our caterpillars have arrived in preparation; we will be watching them develop over the next few weeks.  Why not ask your child about how they are growing.

Watch out for the blue bags this week – collection is at the end of May.  Our last collection raised nearly £100 for resources so please have a good look and a clear out of items you do not want.

Don’t forget we are closed on Friday and Monday for the Bank Holiday and we will be back on Tuesday 6th May.

Have a great week.
