Busy! Busy! Busy!
What a great week we’ve just had. Our tadpoles are getting bigger and racing around their bowl – did you know they eat cat biscuits? Then our caterpillars arrived on Friday, they have had a long journey from Cornwall and are settling into their new environment! The garden is looking lovely now the flowers are coming out (thank you to everyone who donated bulbs last year) and we’ve been out searching for mini-beasts.
The blue bags have arrived – so if you haven’t already got one there are more available in the reception area. The children this week will be looking at those bugs which creep and crawl…spiders, ants, caterpillars, centipedes, worms… Have you found any at home?
This term is a really busy one for us. We are preparing for the transition of children going to Primary school and new ones to start with us in September. If you have any worries or concerns about your child please do not hesitate to speak with a member of staff. We also are looking forward to our two fund raising events - the Barnardo’s Toddle and our Summer Fayre, watch out for the newsletter with all the information.
Don’t forget we are closed this Friday for the Bank Holiday and open again on Tuesday 7th May. Have a great weekend.
