This week we continue to look at bugs and creepy crawlies. If you go into your garden why not have a look for the little animals that live there. We are on the hunt in the Pre-School garden for little beasties – how many will we find?
On Tuesday we are looking forward to a visit from Lisa the Bug Lady. She will be bringing with her lots of interesting and unusual pets… giant snails, hissing cockroaches, stick insects and lots more. In the past our children have loved the bug lady’s visit. She tells them all about the bugs, their habitats and behaviour and if the children are brave enough they can hold them!! The ladies have to be brave too!
Thank you to all those parents who have let us know which Primary school your child has been allocated in September. It is a sad but exciting time for us – we are busy contacting schools, talking to new teachers and writing reports. Soon we will be sending out the parent’s part of the transition documents – you don’t get let off too easily!
Have a great week and remember…. Button to chin, ‘til May be in. Cast not a clout ‘til May be out!!!
