Back to normal (fingers crossed)

Posted by admin on March 5, 2018

Well what a week we’ve just had!  Ofsted on Monday and then a snow day on Thursday.  Hopefully that will be it for snow this winter and the Beast from the East has passed over.  Did you manage to get out with your children sledging?  Or did you make a Snowman?  If you have any pictures we would love to see them, perhaps your child could bring a photograph to show everyone and talk about their experience.

Tonight (Monday 5th) after Pre-School finishes at 3:30 there will be an opportunity for you to look around at our displays and chat with the ladies.  We hope to see you, but if you cannot make it then have a word with your child’s Key Person to see when would be good to come in and have a look around.

This week we are looking for the first signs of spring, you can help your child by looking around the environment to see what is happening.  Are there any green shoots trying to get through the soil?  Do you have any snowdrops in your garden? Can you see daffodils and tulips in the supermarket?   We will be having a go at drawing some flowers in a couple of weeks so it would help if your child is able to name the parts of a flower.

Don’t forget it’s Mother’s Day on Sunday so to all our Mummy’s - we hope you have an extra special day – put your feet up and relax!

Have a good week.
