Children are eligible to start at Greenacre Pre-School after their 3rd Birthday. The Nursery Education Grant entitles your child to a maximum of 15 hours per week, for 38 weeks of the year, free of charge. In order for your child to qualify for these 15 free hours, they must be 3 years of age before the start of each new term i.e. 1st September, 1st January and 1st April.
These 15 hours can be taken in any combination, subject to availability. However, a maximum of 6 hours can be claimed in any one day. Any additional hours will be charged at the current hourly rate, this will be invoiced and payment will be required at the beginning of each month/term. This charge also applies to those children who do not qualify for the Nursery Education Grant.

At the beginning of each term parents/carers will receive an information sheet. This gives an overview of the activities/topics we are hoping to cover and how you can help increase your child’s knowledge at home.
Please read our full Prospectus for more information.
Greenacre Pre-Schools Policies and Procedures are continuously being reviewed and amended. A complete copy is available for your information in the Reception Area.
